The German New Medicine Collective Enthusiast Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Enthusiast Membership at The German New Medicine Collective (“GNMC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a United States–based company. By accessing or using our website, community platform, events, or resources, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

1. Overview of Services

The German New Medicine Collective provides a community-centered online platform designed to support individuals who are exploring and integrating German New Medicine (“GNM”) into their daily lives. The Enthusiast Membership grants access to community discussions, practitioner-led conversations, special events, and a curated resource library. While the Enthusiast Membership is currently offered free of charge, this may change at any time at the discretion of GNMC’s co-founders. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to membership costs or access terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Enthusiast Membership is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. While GNMC does not actively verify the age of members, we require that anyone under the age of 18 obtain express permission from a parent or guardian prior to joining. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. GNMC is not liable for any consequences arising from a minor’s use of the community without appropriate consent.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The information provided within GNMC—including in community posts, practitioner commentary, resources, and events—is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. GNMC does not employ medical professionals and does not provide medical care. If you have or suspect you may have a health issue, you are advised to consult a licensed healthcare provider.

You acknowledge that GNMC makes no guarantees about the outcomes of applying any information obtained through the platform. Your engagement with GNMC is voluntary, and you assume all responsibility for how you interpret and use the information shared.

4. Community Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. By joining the GNMC Enthusiast community, you agree to conduct yourself with integrity and care.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without warning:

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind

Sharing medical advice or prescribing treatments

Spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized self-promotion

Sharing or reposting content from the community without permission

Posting or distributing misinformation or content that contradicts the educational purpose of GNMC

Sharing external links that violate community standards

GNMC reserves the right to moderate all posts and comments, remove content at its discretion, and ban users who violate these guidelines.

5. Interactions with Practitioners

Enthusiast members may engage with German New Medicine Practitioners through community posts, group discussions, or comment threads. However, one-on-one support is not included in the free Enthusiast Membership. Any personalized consultation or private work with a practitioner occurs outside the GNMC platform and is governed by the individual practitioner’s terms and rates.

GNMC is not responsible for any advice given or actions taken in private interactions between members and practitioners. You agree that GNMC bears no liability for the content, quality, or outcomes of such independent relationships.

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced or hosted by GNMC—including but not limited to select articles, event recordings, podcast episodes, graphics, and branded language—is the intellectual property of GNMC or its content creators and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Members are prohibited from using community insights, posts, or resources for commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display GNMC content without written permission. While we are currently undecided on policies regarding personal reposting, commercial use of GNMC content is explicitly restricted.

7. Account Termination and Access Revocation

GNMC reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that your actions violate these Terms, disrupt the community, or pose a risk to other members. We are not obligated to provide a warning or justification prior to removal, though we may do so at our discretion.

Members may also cancel their participation in the Enthusiast Membership at any time.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to offer consistent and reliable access to our platform and resources. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue any part of the Enthusiast Membership at any time. We also reserve the right to modify community features or access levels at our discretion, including the potential future introduction of a paid model.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNMC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services and content we provide. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to injury, health outcomes, lost profits, or emotional distress.

You agree to hold GNMC harmless for any claims, losses, or legal actions resulting from your participation in the community or use of shared information.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or binding arbitration, rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable laws. All changes will be posted on our website or shared via email, and your continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
